The North Star Journey is both an inner and outer journey. Over 12 months. With you at the center.

Three Versions
The Journey comes in three versions. Individual Journey with coaching, Group Journey (individual with coaching combined with other members and great places to meet), and as a Tailor-made Journey or program for companies and teams.

1. Individual Version
In the individual version of the North Star Journey, you engage in a 12-month inspiring process with unique support designed to help you build a lifelong platform for Dynamic Growth by embracing your uniqueness (3U) across all domains of life — personal, private, and professional (3P).

2. Group Version
In the Group version, each member’s individual journey is inspired, challenged, and supported by fellow travelers along the way.

Below is a brief overview of what the Group Journey includes:

• You become part of a carefully curated group of 8–10 participants

• Over the course of one year, we meet in person once every quarter.

• Great locations for optimal inspiration and reflections.

• Personal coaching and mentoring between gatherings (6 coaching sessions)

• Access to a rich and thoughtfully designed reflection and learning material that supports your journey throughout the year.

• External inspiration through diverse perspectives and guest contributors.

• CliftonStrengths® Assessment, combined with individual coaching

Gatherings:

• Gathering 1: 24 hours with overnight stay

• Gathering 2: Full-day session

• Gathering 3: Full-day session

• Gathering 4: Two-day gathering — an exclusive closing experience at an extraordinary location.

3. Tailor-made Version
In the tailored version of the North Star Journey, individual development and the group process are combined with elements that are strategically important for the company or team. The journey is planned and designed in close collaboration with responsible leaders and the North Star team.
