The ultimate ambition of the North Star Journey is to help you build a life-long platform for Dynamic Growth by embracing your uniqueness (3U) in all domains of life — personal, private, and professional (3P). When 3U and 3P are integrated and aligned, a dynamic emerge that elevates your growths across all areas of life to a new and sustainable level.

The North Star Journey material consists of three supporting parts:

The Inspiration Book (The X Journey) - highlights various aspects that will likely resonate with you in different ways, depending on your situation. We hope it will serve as an inspirational kickoff for your journey as well as fuel along the way.

The Digital Workbook includes both inspiration and reflection questions well crafted and structured. It concludes with a section where you compile your action plans for personal, private and professional growth.

The On The Go support (called Quenza) is an additional support that allows you and your coach to keep everything in one place, stay connected between sessions, and receive tailored support throughout the journey, addressing specific questions that may arise.

My Journey Log

The Digital Workbook is your primary tool throughout the North Star Journey. It contains both inspiration and personal reflections. Everything you write in the workbook is collected in your personal journal, My Journey Log, which becomes a valuable record of your journey over time.

Structured Framework

The Framework for your North Star Journey consists of a structured content that in the end leads to your action plans and how to stay on track. The structure is based on You as foundation and the three domains of life- Personal, Private, and Professional.

A Well Crafted Process

Throughout your journey - from inspiration to action plans - you will be guided by a process in different steps that we call Get Clear, Get Free, and Get Going. In the final step, Navigation, you consolidate your action plans and lay the foundation for ongoing follow-up and calibration.

Flexibility

Even though the content in North Star is structured in clear steps, it is designed to be flexible depending on your specific needs. The different steps do not have to be completed in a linear order but can be mixed to enrich one another. Your route through your journey will be crafted together with your coach.

The focus of your path can also vary depending on your situation and starting point of your domains in life - personal, private, or professional.

Language

Read in English - Write in Your language. The content and questions in North Star are in English. If this is not your native language, we recommend that you write your answers in your own language.

Coach Companion

Your coach is there for you. Your work together can take different forms, but the key is that you should never feel like you have to report anything to your coach—rather, your coach is a companion on your journey.
