In the group version your own individual journey is enriched by reflections from the journeys of others. Through shared experiences and insights, individual paths meet.
Throughout your journey - both in the individual and group version - you are supported by a rich and inspiring body of material. You are given a set of tools — to be used in different ways.
You choose where to place your focus and your reflections and action plans are gathered in your own personal journey log.

Throughout the journey, you receive personal support from your dedicated coach. Highly experienced in personal development as well as professional and organizational growth.
